The HomeTown Gate app offers various tools for ticket sales and scanning through your HomeTown box office. This application provides comprehensive point-of-sale (POS) support for cash and card transactions related to tickets and products/concessions. The scanning feature utilizes the device's camera to check attendees into events, as well as enables searches for lost tickets by name, email address, phone number, or seating location.

It is essential to have an active data connection to use the app, which can be mobile data, Wi-Fi, or a hotspot. Additionally, tickets and receipts can be printed to Boca or Star printers via Bluetooth connection and to Ethernet Boca printers through a Wi-Fi connection.
